Letter: Kiwanis group offering 'Bag Pick-Up Drive'

Have you noticed the beautiful colors of the leaves this year? Unbelievable, noting the lack of rain this year. However, this also means we are beginning to see some of them fall.

For some, and most of us, we are raking and bagging these fallen leaves. Again this year, the Early Risers Kiwanis Club is offering our “Bag Pick-Up Drive” to raise funds to help support local youth and community groups.

To arrange for pick up of your bagged leaves, please call 372-2325. A small charge of $1.50 per bag will be assessed. For that, an Early Riser member will come pick up your bagged leaves and dispose of them.
