ELLSWORTH — The Adrian Ambulance was paged at 7:17 a.m. Thursday to Parkview Manor Nursing Facility for a male who had fallen. The patient was transported.

LISMORE — The Lismore Fire Department was paged at 6:58 a.m. Thursday for a fire at the Lismore burn pile.
BREWSTER — The Brewster and Worthington fire departments were paged at 9:55 a.m. and 10:13 a.m., respectively, Thursday to a field fire two and a half miles north of Worthington off U.S. 59.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of property damage, a vehicle’s back window was smashed, at 9:10 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of 10th Avenue.
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for driving after revocation and arrested on an outstanding warrant at 10:58 p.m. Wednesday on Humiston Avenue.
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report at 1:40 p.m. Thursday of property damage to a parking lot in the 600 block of Clary Street.
