Darla Disbrow, 19, of Woodstock, died Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2012 at Sanford Hospital, Luverne.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Christian Reformed Church, Pipestone.
The service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Christian Reformed Church, Pipestone. Burial will be in the Woodstock Cemetery.
Hartquist Funeral Home, Pipestone, is in charge of arrangements.
