Obamacare is a drag on the economy. Consider 21 new taxes in the bill, with 13 of them hurting middle-income families. Obama said middle-income families would not have any more taxes. Why have hundreds of companies been given exemptions to enroll their workers in the new health care program? If it is so good, why are they able to opt out?

Four companies who make medical devices will not build new factories in the U.S. because of the 2.3 percent gross sales tax on all medical devices built in the U.S. Cook Industries of California, which is the largest builder of medical devices, will move its headquarters to Ireland and build new factories in Mexico and China, taking away thousands of jobs in America.

This administration’s regulation and taxation rules will shut down some more businesses and drive more overseas.
