WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for stop sign violation and no driver’s license at 12:11 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Second Avenue and Park Lane.

WORTHINGTON — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office cited an individual for driving after suspension and passenger for no insurance and no seatbelt at 1:35 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Seventh Avenue and 11th Street.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of theft of Halloween decor at 2:39 p.m. Friday from the 1700 block of Rust Road.
