Rick and Darci Soules and Gail and Paul Dittmer, all of Worthington, and Edward Poppen, St. Charles, announce the engagement of their children, Tosha Jo Soules and Anthony Curtis Poppen.

Rick and Darci Soules and Gail and Paul Dittmer, all of Worthington, and Edward Poppen, St. Charles, announce the engagement of their children, Tosha Jo Soules and Anthony Curtis Poppen.

Soules is a 2004 graduate of Worthington High School. She is employed at Bedford Industries, Worthington.

Poppen is a 2005 graduate of Worthington High School. He is employed by Mediacom.

They plan an April 27, 2013, wedding.
