NOTICE

PROPOSED CITY ORDINANCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the City Council of the City of Worthington, Minnesota, is considering the adoption of an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE EXTENDING THE CORPORATE CITY LIMITS OF THE CITY OF WORTHINGTON TO INCLUDE 6,509 SQUARE FEET OF UNPLATTED LAND ABUTTING THE CITY OF WORTHINGTON AND OWNED BY RIDLEY USA, INC."

which proposed ordinance was given its second reading at a Regular Meeting of the City Council held on Tuesday, November 13, 2012.

All persons interested in these proceedings are hereby notified that the third reading will be given said proposed ordinance at the Council Chambers in the City Hall of said City on Monday, November 26, 2012 commencing at 7:00 o'clock p.m. of said day; and that, at said time and place, the City Council will hear any and all objections that there may be to said proposed ordinance. .
