Letter: Big banks still gambling our money away

The Obama administration continues to lie and stonewall in not providing requested information to the relevant congressional committees concerning the Benghazi attack.

The Obama administration continues to lie and stonewall in not providing requested information to the relevant congressional committees concerning the Benghazi attack.

Last week, President Obama visited New York City to tout his support of the Sandy recovery, but public infrastructure was in a state of disrepair and billions of dollars is not forthcoming because he is blocking government recovery dollars. Citizens, especially the retired, were still living in high rises with no electricity and services. The reality exists that our president’s actions reflect his support of population reduction.

The austerity Obama is proposing in the contrived fiscal cliff policy is genocide of American citizens when contrasted with his support of trillions to bail out the gambling debts of American and European too-big-to-fail banks. American citizens were not at the precipice when the bailouts were rammed through by the relevant national politicians in 2009. The too-big-to-fail banks were.

Today, the money center banks are continuing to gamble our money away on worthless paper. Meanwhile, American citizens have been brought to the precipice by the treasonous bailouts. The remedy: return to the Glass-Steagall banking standard with a new type of Watergate in the air.
