Onken-Jenniges

Danielle Jenniges and Alan Onken were married Sept. 1 at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sibley, Iowa.

Parents of the couple are Ray and Julie Jenniges, Ellsworth, and Greg and Maralee Onken, Sibley.

A reception and dance were at the American Legion Hall, Ashton, Iowa.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Ellsworth High School and a 2005 graduate of Mitchell Technical Institute. She is employed as a medical laboratory technician at Osceola Community Hospital, Sibley.

The groom is a 2004 graduate of Sibley-Ocheyedan High School and 2006 graduate of Northwest Iowa Community College. He works on the family farm and is employed as an electrician at 3B Electric, Hartley, Iowa.

They plan a wedding trip to Jamaica in mid-December. They live in rural Sibley.
