PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Worthington Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 5, 2013, for the purpose of considering the following business:
• Text Amendment - Title XV, Section 155 of the City Code is proposed to be amended to further define the definition of a fence and amend the regulations of such structure.
The public hearing will be held in the City Council Chambers, at City Hall, 303 Ninth St., Worthington, Minnesota, at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, February 5, 2013. At the hearing, the Planning Commission will hear staff’s report and public testimony and may take action. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Those unable to attend are invited to send written comments, prior to the hearing, to: Community Development Department, City of Worthington, P.O. Box 279, Worthington, Minnesota 56187.
