Local artist gets SMAHC grant

MARSHALL — Paul Swanson of Worthington has been awarded a $1,500 individual artist development grant to create an “Images of Rural Life” photography collection.
The Southwest Minnesota Arts & Humanities Council announced the grant was one of 14 given to artists, with grants totaling $40,300. SMAHC individual artist grants are made possible with funds from The McKnight Foundation.
