District still offers open enrollment

WORTHINGTON — Open enrollment is ongoing at Worthington Independent School District 518.
According to District 518 Superintendent John Landgaard, a rumor has been circulating that the school district is not accepting open enrollments, and that is not the case.
“We just want to make sure that people know we’re accepting registrations, and part of that is accepting open enrollment,” he said.
Anyone interested in pursuing the open enrollment option can stop by the District 518 office, 1117 Marine Ave., or call 372-2172.
