Accidents

LARCHWOOD, Iowa — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office responded to a crash at 6:25 a.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Iowa 9. Involved was a 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 driven by Tara Sichmeller, 32, of Rock Valley, Iowa. She was westbound on Iowa 9 when she lost control, the vehicle entered the north ditch and took out a section of fence. Sichmeller was not injured. Her truck sustained approximately $300 in damage.

BIGELOW — The Bigelow Rescue Squad and Sanford Ambulance was dispatched at 4:46 a.m. Saturday to 2780 Maple St. for a male who had fallen.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a counterfeit bill received at 12:53 p.m. Saturday from the Walmart branch of First State Bank Southwest.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for driving after revocation and seatbelt violation at Shear Expressions.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for no Minnesota driver’s license and no insurance at 12:28 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of East Avenue and Trevor Street.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department arrested an adult male for driving while intoxicated at 3:55 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Diagonal Road and Oxford Street.
