Ferdinand David Haberman, Brewster, appeared in court on Feb 4 for a pre-trial hearing on an allegation of third-degree assault with substantial bodily harm, a felony, and two alleged misdemeanors.
The jury trial, originally scheduled for Feb. 13, was canceled and has yet to be rescheduled.
Ronald Jackson, Worthington, made an initial court appearance on Feb. 5 on allegations of three felony charges of fifth-degree marijuana possession as well as an additional felony charge of possession of a pistol or assault weapon.
Interim conditions were established, and a notice of filing of order was given.
A non-cash bond was posted Friday, and a contested omnibus hearing was scheduled for April 2.
Jay Syhavong, Worthington, was scheduled to make an initial court appearance Feb. 5 for a felony charge of fifth-degree possession of marijuana, as well as two alleged misdemeanors.
The initial appearance was waived, a search warrant issued, and an affidavit of restitution and affidavit of service filed. A contested omnibus hearing was scheduled for April 16.
Lindsey Elizabeth Piper, Worthington, appeared in court on Feb. 5 for a contested omnibus hearing.
The case was taken under advisement.
Estela Lopez Ramirez, Worthington, appeared in court Feb. 11 to enter an amended guilty plea for a felony charge of wrongfully obtaining assistance — theft- by false statements, concealment or impersonation.
Ramirez was convicted of a gross misdemeanor for wrongfully obtaining assistance.
Juan Rivera, Worthington, appeared in court Feb. 13 for a pre-trial hearing on three felony dangerous weapon charges and one misdemeanor.
A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 27.
Miguel Angel Rivera, Worthington, appeared in court Feb. 13 for a pre-trial hearing on three felony charges, as well as gross misdemeanor and misdemeanor charges.
A jury trial is scheduled for Feb. 27-March 1.
