Joe and Kala Fischer, New Ulm, are the parents of twin boys, Colton Jeremy and Elijah Otto, born Jan. 31 at Mayo Health System Mankato. Grandparents are Jerry and Char Breuker, Worthington, and Carolyn Torkelson and Rick Fischer, both of St. James. Great-grandparents are Albert Breuker, Harris, Iowa, and Richard Torkelson, Lamberton.
