WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department responded to a customer refusing to pay at 12:53 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of Grand Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a parking complaint at 2:33 p.m. Friday on the 900 block of 13th Street.
