WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department received a report of a car-vs.-pole crash at 4:15 a.m. Sunday from the intersection of Oxford Street and Diagonal Road.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident involving a semi that had jack-knifed at 5:02 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Interstate 90 and Nobles County 25.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 10:54 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of 12th and Sherwood streets.

BREWSTER — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Minnesota State Patrol at the scene of an accident at 2:36 p.m. Sunday on Minnesota 60 near mile marker 21.

Ambulance

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 6:38 a.m. Saturday to Okabena Towers for a resident experiencing nausea and dizziness.

ADRIAN — The Adrian Ambulance was dispatched at 7:34 a.m. Sunday to 101 Louisiana Ave. for a male who had fallen.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for expired driver’s license at 9:03 p.m. Friday at the intersection of 12th Street and Third Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for under 21 driving while intoxicated and open bottle at 4:49 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of Oxford Street and Milton Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for driving after revocation at 11:07 a.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of Fredrich Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated shoplifting reported at 12:50 p.m. Saturday from Wal-Mart.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for no Minnesota driver’s license at 11:58 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Third Avenue and 13th Street.
