WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident at 3:31 p.m. Wednesday at Lake Street and Fourth Avenue.

Ambulance

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 7:36 p.m. Tuesday to 1440 N. Burlington Ave. to assist a male who had fallen. The man was transported to Sanford Worthington Medical Center.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 12:49 p.m. Wednesday to 795 Lucy Drive to assist an ill male.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a theft reported at 8 p.m. Tuesday from the 1500 block of College Way.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited a driver for failure to get duplicate license and failure to register a motor vehicle at 3:56 p.m. Wednesday at Second avenue and Ninth Street.
