Accidents

GEORGE, Iowa — The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office investigated a two-vehicle accident reported at 8:38 p.m. Monday in the Casey’s parking lot. A 1976 Chevy El Camino operated by Alex D. Ohling, 17, of Rock Rapids, Iowa, struck a 2006 Dodge Dakota owned by Monte L. Culver, Sheldon, Iowa. The Chevy sustained approximately $500 in damages, while the Dodge had approximately $2,500 in damages. No injuries were reported.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated an accident reported at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday from Tacos Lupe.

Ambulance

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 8:36 p.m. Monday to 2427 Fox Farm Road for a male experiencing a seizure.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 9:03 p.m. Monday to 522 Thompson Ave. for an ill female.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 6:16 a.m. Tuesday to 1621 Fairway Lane for an unresponsive individual. The coroner was later contacted.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for no Minnesota driver’s license at 4:11 p.m. Monday in the 1000 block of South Shore Drive.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department received a report of identity theft at 1:20 p.m. Tuesday.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited an individual for driving after revocation at 3:32 p.m. Tuesday in the 1000 block of Omaha Avenue.
