I know, don't make it so expensive! I guy would go out and play a lot more often if it didn't cost $30 to do so. The problem in Worthington is that the "County Club types" want our courses to be the same as the metro types and that can't happen here. We have two beautiful courses and they are both too expensive. The country club has always been about the haves and have-nots and that is fine. If WCC can get the ?penny millionaires? to pony up more expensive dues, they will be fine but I?m not sure everyone out there has what they pretend they do. The municipal course should take a page from the little courses around here, like Silver Lake golf course or Adrian. You can drive there, play and still come out ahead. We really don't need a $7000 study. Here's the answer, lower the daily prices and more people will come out. Then they will bring their friends, rent carts [need to be lowered too] and buy drinks & snacks in the pro-shop. Easy fix don't try to be something you're not and lower prices.
