Nice "eye-sore" right along County Road #35! Not everyone sees the prairie as a beautiful place, but for those who do and move there to enjoy it, this thing really blows that deal! This water tower could have been built in a more remote location rather than right on top of a current resident's home. The county talks about having a "good neighbor" policy; if this a good neighbor move on the county's part, I can honestly say that I am glad I live within Worthington city limits.
