It's a fiesta! Cinco de Mayo parties planned

Cinco de Mayo, the holiday on which many Mexicans celebrate their heritage, is a perfect excuse for a party, and area businesses have planned two parties, one from 1 to 4 p.m. at Tacos Lupe and the other from 5 to 10 p.m. at the Long Branch Saloon, both on Sunday.
