Quantity vs. Quality: The great debate

WORTHINGTON — The 2008 fishing opener is tomorrow. This should be an interesting day. The weather guessers, as I call them, have forecast rain and wind for tomorrow. This will make for some very challenging conditions, especially if there is thunder and lightning associated with this forecast.
