Cornfield fugitive in custody
GROVE CITY — Law enforcement officers took Devin Delbert Donald Blom, 21, of St. Cloud and formerly of Cosmos, into custody around 2 p.m. Wednesday at the same rural Grove City home where a search warrant was executed Tuesday afternoon.By: Gretchen Schlosser, West Central Tribune, Worthington Daily Globe
