COOL set to take effect
ORANGE CITY, Iowa — After Sept. 30, consumers may notice a new look in the meat counter. No longer will consumers wonder if their meat is from the U.S. or another country. This is because Country of Origin Labeling will have begun.By: Beth Doran, ISU extension service , Worthington Daily Globe
