WORTHINGTON — With last week’s discovery of Emerald Ash Borer on the east bank of the Mississippi River near Victory in southwest Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa officials are ramping up efforts to monitor ash trees and increase awareness about the spread of the tree-killing beetle.
