Column: To case or not to case? That is the question for state legislators

WORTHINGTON — Deadlines have a way of sneaking up on you. Even if you have three months to get something done, it always seems that you get right down to the wire in actually getting it done. And one deadline has already come and gone. There have been several important changes in the way that deer herds are being managed in the southwestern part of the state.
