WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of a man being chased on foot at 6:41 pm. Tuesday on Ninth Avenue near Eighth Street. A 28-year-old male was cited for disorderly conduct, obstruction of the legal process and criminal damage to property. He was booked to be released when sober.
