Pillars Pub and Eatery opens in Jackson

JACKSON — Naming Pillars Pub and Eatery, located in downtown Jackson, was easy for owner Troy Menke. He just had to look at the outside of the old United Prairie Bank to its ornate, classical stone pillars.
