First State Bank Southwest 2002 Amended and Restated KSOP Plan and Trust, Worthington, MN intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board for permission to acquire First Rushmore Bancorporation, Inc., Worthington, MN and thereby acquire control of Fisrt State Bank Southwest, Pipestone, MN.
