ASHTON, Iowa — The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office reported a vehicle submersion at 8:45 a.m. Saturday in Otter Creek. An 80-year-old female was cited for failure to maintain control and transported to the Osceola County Community Hospital to be checked for injuries.
