Snow angel world record attempt postponed because of cold weather

GRAND FORKS, N.D. - A forecast for extreme cold weather has prompted the Grand Forks Salvation Army to postpone Sunday’s scheduled world record attempt for snow angels. Maj. Ed Wilson, commanding officer, said the decision was made Tuesday morning.
