JACKSON — The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a one-vehicle rollover accident at 3:10 p.m. Tuesday in the eastbound lane of Interstate 90 west of Jackson. The driver fled the scene, and there were several other people in the 1989 Dodge van. One passenger, Julia Chavez, 29, of Worthington, sustained unspecified injuries and was taken to Sanford Jackson Medical Center. The van was a total loss.
