Education Briefs: Jan. 16, 2010

WORTHINGTON — Angela Mae Kupenda, a law professor at the Mississippi School of Law, will present a speech titled “The First Year of the Obama Presidency: Presidential Limits and Citizen Responsibility” from noon to 1 p.m. Feb. 4 in the Fine Arts Theater on the Worthington campus of Minnesota West Community and Technical College.
