Hit-and-run victim: ‘I wish they would have stopped’

FARGO – A 25-year-old Fargo man seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident Wednesday spoke to the media today for the first time since the incident, saying he’s hopeful the driver will turn himself or herself in to police.
