Nurse accused of mistreatment; arrest warrant issued

PARK RAPIDS - Quantel Emiel Morris, 36, of 204½ Willow St. W., Detroit Lakes has been charged in Becker County District Court with mistreatment of a nursing home patient, a gross misdemeanor.
