Luverne educators celebrate contract settlement
LUVERNE — The mood wasn’t exactly jubilant at the Luverne Education Association’s afterschool rally in Hawkinson Park, but the more than 30 educators who attended were relieved to finish contract negotiations that have extended three month’s past the state-mandated deadline.
