Emergency food grant funds available
WORTHINGTON — Southwestern Minnesota Opportunity Council Inc. (SMOC), the community action agency serving Murray, Nobles, Pipestone and Rock counties, was awarded $15,636 in federal funds through the FEMA Emergency Food and Shelter National Board Program.
