Three teens still missing
ROCK RAPIDS, Iowa — As of Monday afternoon, two teens from Rock Rapids, Iowa were still missing, according to Lyon County Sheriff Blythe Bloemendaal. A Sioux Falls, S.D. teen has also been reported missing, and all three were last seen in Sioux Falls together.
