Letter: Which Walz is the genuine article?

I received a letter from Rep. Tim Walz entitled “Standing Up for Fiscal Responsibility in Washington” with the statement, “This mailing was prepared, published and mailed at taxpayer expense.” Should we laugh, cry or get angry?
