Charges filed in PM Windom stabbing case
WINDOM — A warrant was issued Tuesday for a Windom man accused of stabbing a coworker at PM Windom Saturday during a work-related confrontation. Edgardo Castro Santiago, charged with second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, is wanted by authorities after allegedly punching and stabbing the victim with an 8-inch meat knife.
