Dayton says Bachmann plays presidential politics

ST. PAUL — Gov. Mark Dayton claims that presidential politics is behind U.S. Rep. Michele Bachmann’s request that he void an executive order issued during his first week in office. Bachmann said that a federal health-care program Dayton signed onto will cost the state.
