Republicans quickly reject Dayton bonding plan
ST. PAUL — Republican legislative leaders took little time to reject Democrat Gov. Mark Dayton’s plan to fund public works projects. “We are saying ‘no’ to a bonding bill unless it is an emergency,” said Rep.
