SMAHC to offer free workshop
MARSHALL — The Southwest Minnesota Arts & Humanities Council will host a free workshop for regional arts organizations from 9 a.m. to noon March 19, at St. Stephen Lutheran Church, 1301 Fourth St. South, Marshall.
