Magnus proposes state-owned casino in Minneapolis

ST. PAUL — Sen. Doug Magnus, R-Slayton, will introduce a bill on the Senate floor this morning proposing to renovate a downtown Minneapolis block into a state-owned casino complete with upscale restaurants and roof-top venues.
