Riverfest celebrates Windom’s Boy Scout heritage

WINDOM — On a beautiful Saturday afternoon, Windom residents and visitors alike enjoyed the fullest day of the community’s annual Riverfest celebration — as well as a history lesson from the Boy Scouts.
