WORTHINGTON — More than 1,000 cattle producers and ag business professionals are anticipated to be in Worthington today for the Minnesota State Cattlemen’s Association 2011 Summer Beef Tour and Trade Show, but about 50 people who work in the nutrition, health and education sectors were in town a day early to learn how to better connect consumers and retailers with the beef industry.
