VFW BASEBALL: Luverne earns top seed with win over Worthington
WORTHINGTON — The Luverne VFW baseball team backed up a strong performance on the mound from Skyler Wenninger with some early manufactured runs to beat Worthington in the championship match of the Third District Southern Division Sub-District Tournament in Worthington on Saturday, clinching the No. 1 seed from the south for next weekend’s district tournament.
