HLWD receives $20K EPA grant
HERON LAKE — The Heron Lake Watershed District was recently awarded $20,600 from the Environmental Protection Agency’s 319 Grant program to install J-hook weir streambank stabilization projects on Jack Creek and Okabena Creek.
