Adrian teen charged with criminal sexual conduct
LUVERNE — In Rock County District Court Thursday, bail was set at $10,000 for an Adrian teen charged with first- and second-degree criminal sexual conduct. Cody Alan Klooster, who will be 19 next month, is accused of having sex with a girl under the age of 13.
